Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Practice Space (TPS). These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our yoga studio.

By accessing this website and/or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use The Practice Space (TPS) if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Membership and Payment:

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Payments must be made in full prior to participating in any classes or workshops.
• We reserve the right to change our membership fees and pricing at any time.

2. Classes and Workshops:

• All classes and workshops must be booked in advance through our online booking system or in person at the studio.
• Late arrivals may not be admitted to class to prevent disruption to other participants.
• Participants are encouraged to inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions before class.

3. Studio Rules:

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your class.
• Respect the instructor and fellow participants by maintaining a quiet and focused environment during class.
• Please turn off or silence your mobile phone before entering the studio.

4. Liability:

• Participation in yoga classes and workshops is at your own risk. TPS is not liable for any injuries sustained during classes or while on the premises.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. TPS is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

• Classes may be cancelled by participants up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class time will not be refunded.
• In the event that TPS cancels a class or workshop, participants will receive a full refund or credit towards future classes.

6. Privacy Policy:

• We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards instructors and fellow participants.
• Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or discrimination, will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the studio.

8. Amendments:

• The Practice Space reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on our website.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
